DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
*If there was an error with your order, or you have received defective merchandise, please email glitznglamzbyely@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your order, you must include a photo of the product with specific details on what was wrong when it arrived. 

* Must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery with a tracking number.
* Customers are responsible for shipping expenses unless otherwise noted.



SHIPPING & HANDLING:


*All orders are shipped via USPS.
*In Stock items will be processed within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed. (Please note that all products are handmade by order, out of stock items will be processed once that product becomes available)
*All items will ship once they have been processed unless otherwise noted. Tracking information and delivery confirmation will be supplied with every completed order. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update their system.
